Bobby Morris

Principal Architect

MWA is led by Principal Architect Bobby Morris, whose experience spans from complex historical projects, to the corner coffee shop, and everything in between.  Bobby is a registered Architect and Interior Designer, with licenses in states across the Midwest. He is also LEED AP BD+C certified and maintains sustainability as one of the primary focuses of the firm.

Kellin Vellenoweth

Architect / Senior Project Manager

Kellin is a registered Architect in KY with over 13 years of experience and is LEED GA certified. His experience includes designing facilities for Higher Education, Recreation, Healthcare, Government, and Commercial Clients. He has a passion for Building Science, Constructability, Sustainability, Technology and Design. His organizational skills are truly an asset to the firm.

Chris Fredi

Senior Project Manager

Chris has a Degree in Architecture and over 15 years of experience leading and managing a broad range of design projects. He has an extensive background working on Healthcare Facilities, along with Government, Commercial, and Multi-Family Projects. His exceptional technical skills, problem solving abilities, and communication skills allow him to excel in all stages of design.

Keith Douglas

Project Manager

Keith has over 15 years of experience in the field and is passionate about creating beautiful and functional spaces that meet the needs of his clients. He has a strong understanding of the principles of architecture and is skilled in a variety of design software. A talented communicator, he is able to clearly articulate his ideas to clients and stakeholders. He enjoys learning about new architectural trends and technologies.

Parker Selin

Project Designer

Parker brings a diverse background to MWA, having studied mathematics before obtaining a master's degree in architecture and working for multiple years in the construction industry. Throughout his graduate studies, he placed a strong emphasis on emerging technologies, structure, and building systems integration - an approach he continues to explore and apply in his work at the firm.

Nikki Morris

Office Manager

Nikki works to keep our office running smoothly, handling all aspects of business management. Her organization and office management allow everyone else to focus on putting their best work forward while developing a sense of community among the office.

Brandon Sarrett

Project Designer

Brandon holds a Masters of Architecture degree from the University of Kentucky and brings commercial and private development experience to the firm. Having been on the development side of the table brings him a great perspective on what it takes to get projects completed in a timely and cost effective manner.

Sydney Mullins

Design Intern

Sydney holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Certificate of Historic Preservation from UK, and is currently in her final year of the Master's program. She has traveled abroad extensively, giving her a great perspective of Architecture throughout the world. Her attention to detail is evident from the first interaction  and is something all of her projects benefit from.

Francisco Aguilar-Cortez

Design Intern

Francisco holds an Associates degree in Architectural Technology and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at UK, set to graduate at the end of this school year. He is highly motivated and an excellent researcher of materials and properties. He is naturally curious about all things related to the profession and constantly looking to improve design and processes.
